LEADERSHIP FOR THE AMERICAS Neal Holland Chief Financial Officer Neal leads Financial Management for the Americas and is responsible for Corporate Treasury, Corporate Finance, Financial Planning and Analysis, Procurement, Accounting, and Risk Management. Prior to this appointment, he served as the Chief Financial Officer for Union Bank and the Deputy Chief Financial Officer for MUFG Americas Holding Company. He also served as Controller and Chief Accounting Officer for MUFG Americas, responsible for Corporate Accounting, Tax, Transfer Pricing, Business Unit Risk Management and SOX Compliance. Katsuya Ishida Executive Officer & General Manager, Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking Corporation Katsuya is the Executive Officer and General Manager for Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking Corporation, New York Branch (MUTB-NY). The branch conducts Trust and Investor Services businesses as well as its Treasury Business. Prior to this appointment, he was Senior Deputy General Manager of MUTB-NY and served in a number of senior-level positions in Japan, London, and New York. Masatoshi Komoriya Chief of Staff for the Americas Masa is Executive Officer and Chief of Staff for the Americas for MUFG Bank, Ltd. and MUFG Americas Holdings Corporation, which includes MUFG Union Bank N.A., MUFG Securities Americas Inc., and MUFG Fund Services (USA) LLC.
