AMERICAS RISK MANAGEMENT  Christopher Petrocelli, Vice President Culture Principle: Own & Execute Christopher led banker managing the MUFG Agented AeroCentury deal by closing a restructuring and Purchase and Sale agreement with a strategic investor. The agreement included an orderly liquidation of certain aircraft to provide liquidity to bridge to a sale. Jamal Salem, Vice President Culture Principle: Innovate & Simplify Jamal has improved and streamlined the risk appetite processes to capture results in a user-friendly tool in WDesk this past year. Jamal has expanded his efforts to enhance our processes for Risk Identification/Inventory. Ken Yanagimachi, Vice President Culture Principle: People Focused Ken has contributed to the many successes of the IRR team this year. Ken has led high-profile projects such as expanding Quantitative Risk Management (QRM) to the Regions (Brazil, Mexico, Canada) driving best practices as part of the ARM Target Operating Model (TOM).
