FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT OF THE AMERICAS Culture of Excellence Ellice Adisoebrata, Vice President Culture Principle: People Focused Ellice led the analysis for an unprecedented number of regulatory rules and reporting changes driven by the regulators in response to the pandemic. Ellice provided interpretive guidance and training to stakeholders to effectively manage risk. Bao Ho, Director Culture Principle: People Focused Bao successfully led multiple projects this year reflecting ownership, innovation, and inclusion that produced meaningful results. Examples include an MRA remediation that was successfully implemented for $1B of annual transfer pricing, $150MM of U.S. tax refund claims supported by a transfer pricing analysis, and $4.4MM of Latin American tax deductions secured by enhanced transfer pricing documentation. Ray Sanchez, Director Culture Principle: Own & Execute Ray was instrumental in the negotiation of numerous critical projects, including the implementation of the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) and the annual renewals for the employee benefits providers.
