HUMAN RESOURCES & CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS OF THE AMERICAS Culture of Excellence Susana Bibiano, Analyst/Officer Culture Principle: Innovate & Simplify Susana was instrumental in bringing a portion of event website development in-house, using a new software platform called Swoogo. Susana took ownership and mastered the software: 114 websites developed and 66K registrants processed, resulting in the avoidance of $725K in development fees the bank would have otherwise incurred. This represents a 175% year-over-year increase in volume, and, in the end, Susana managed to help us bring all website development in-house, benefiting internal/ external clients across the bank. Melissa Kaplan, Director Culture Principle: Client Centric Melissa went above and beyond, taking on additional responsibilities to her current role to act as a resource for the Emerson and Bulldog divestitures, which will deliver several hundred million dollars to the MUFG bottom line once both transactions close.
