LATIN AMERICA Culture of Excellence Frederico Assumpcao Youssef, Associate/Assistant Vice President Culture Principle: Client Centric Frederico played a key role within the Brazil Commodity and Structured Trade Finance (CSTF) team; his full commitment and engagement brought significant results to local business through his leadership in the local Supply Chain Finance (SCF) initiative, negotiating with customers, suppliers and several key partners and reaching almost $4MM in new net revenues in the first year ($1.3MM only on local SCF). Ariadna Gutierrez, Vice President Culture Principle: People Focused With Ariadna´s leadership, the Mexico Office identified and assessed 278 risks and 1,109 key controls following the local regulation and corporate policies. She was critical to the effort to deploy the methodology to achieve this in record time and to train personnel at all levels in the Mexico Office. Blanca Marroquin, Vice President Culture Principle: Own & Execute Blanca was instrumental in the implementation of the remote work infrastructure; her commitment and leadership allowed the office teams to continue working without interruption, as she ensured the continuity of the business operations. She developed exceptional strategies to reduce operational expenses by 21% while maintaining the level of service.
