OPERATIONS & TECHNOLOGY FOR THE AMERICAS  Marshall Wang, Director Culture Principle: Own & Execute Marshall began working with the IBOR program at the beginning of FY2020 and ascended to program manager for the effort. In total, 11 projects were completed under his stewardship, thanks in part to his keen ability to prioritize critical work and tirelessly perform his job activities. Employee Engagement Jumah Hamilton, Vice President Culture Principle: Own & Execute Jumah was the national leader of People United to Lead, Serve and Excel (PULSE). He worked tirelessly to lead this Enterprise Resource Group (ERG) through diversity initiatives at the bank, including events related to the Black Lives Matter movement.
