REGIONAL BANK David Chavez, Director Culture Principle: Client Centric David achieved $1.8MM in new annualized revenue (excluding deposits) and hit five of six category goals. Viola Cheong, Vice President Culture Principle: Own & Execute Viola had an outstanding fiscal year, maintaining 90% client contact standard and booking $84MM in new credit volume. She also led the way in Merchant Services referrals, while supporting the Project Management team with training, along with Salesforce 360 initiatives. Braden Coats, Vice President Culture Principle: Own & Execute Braden ranked first in the Commercial Bank stack rankings for BDOs in FY2020.
