Steven Myers, Vice President Culture Principle: Own & Execute Steve is a top producer for the seventh consecutive year. He harnessed his strong reputation and focused on internal refinancing during market uncertainty. His production was 76% internal refinancing and he increased the weighted average net interest margin of existing loans by 110 basis points. Candice Nakagawa, Director Culture Principle: Client Centric Candice achieved $1.4MM in new annualized revenue (excluding deposits) and hit all six category goals. Matthew Norman, Director Culture Principle: Client Centric Matthew had another strong year, in which he led the Commercial Bank VPs across most categories with three new clients, $135MM in loans and $10MM in deposits, yielding $4.3MM of new revenue.
