Davina Samuel, Director Culture Principle: Own & Execute Davina led Tustin Ranch to rank in the 100th percentile of the bank, achieved a 95.2 Net Promoter Score for client experience, 95.7 on operations and risk (KQIR) and exceeded consumer and business loan goals at over 400%. Ryan Simpson, Director Culture Principle: Own & Execute Ryan led the entire Commercial Bank with $10MM of new closed revenue and nine self-sourced new relationships for FY2020.
