GLOBAL CORPORATE & INVESTMENT BANKING Culture of Excellence Fahd Ansari, Director Culture Principle: Own & Execute The Financial Institutions Group (FIG) Account Management Team (Fahd Ansari, Jasmine Ng, Shareef Kahn, Yasmine Hedayati, Allen Lin, Jan Drobnic, Julian Gomez, Matthew Morton, Kauany Giraldo and Theodore Polito) was instrumental in remediating the Article VII Consent Order, the Customer Due Diligence/Materials Requiring Attention (CDD/MRA) consent order and the ongoing Tax Remediations. Their unwavering commitment to the process has allowed the bank to continue to function from a Treasury and liquidity perspective and allowed FIG and other verticals the opportunity to continue to grow their respective platforms. Phil Braschoss, Vice President Culture Principle: Own & Execute Phil and the SWAT Team members (Michael Ernst, Courtney Hosea, LeMonte Booker, Francesca Maggi, Kevin Sheehy, Michael Kalnas, Patrick Finnerty, Charles DeNoto, Rachel Baader, Robert McClorey and Matt Hatleyeach) stepped up into leadership roles to address Request for Information (RFI) deficiencies and lead their respective teams to address the Customer Due Diligence (CCD) Remediation effort. The SWAT team, while addressing client data and diligence requirements, kept a positive attitude throughout. Members have exemplified a team approach, and each has done an outstanding job for their group and GCIB overall.
