GLOBAL CORPORATE & INVESTMENT BANKING  Employee Engagement  Top Producers Thomas Kainamura, Director Culture Principle: People Focused Thomas distinguished himself by playing an active leadership role on the Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) Council, as co-lead on the I&D Recruiting workstream. His efforts expanded recruitment of both college students and experienced professionals, and his commitment and attitude were exemplary. Thomas also served as mentor to MUFG colleagues and students and contributed as a panelist during Black History Month. RJ Allan, Managing Director Culture Principle: Client Centric RJ was a strong leader in a challenged industry segment, generating 45% revenue growth and nine relationships while managing the business to a zero-credit provision. Coverage of his own accounts resulted in 40% revenue growth, to $50MM, highlighted by a cross-currency swap that generated $5MM of fees. Keith Allman, Managing Director Culture Principle: Client Centric Keith demonstrated exceptional client focus and innovation capabilities by launching new products in his first year. Keith generated roughly $25MM and was instrumental in helping Securitized Products have a very successful year.
