TRANSACTION BANKING AMERICAS  Christopher Punnose, Associate/Assistant Vice President Culture Principle: People Focused Chris was pivotal in leading the Foreign Financial Institution Know Your Customer project while simultaneously training new staff and supporting sales teams. He ensured all remediation deadlines were met, garnering praise from the team. Regularly, clients expressed their gratitude for the attention that Chris brought to every interaction. Kaori Sipes, Director Culture Principle: Own & Execute Kaori expertly led the migration of Homeowners Association (HOA) clients to the HOA Services platform so that the bank could standardize and enhance the client experience. She deployed multiple resources and workstreams to successfully remediate more than 25 client support risk and audit issues on deadline. Employee Engagement Whitney Whelpley, Analyst/Officer Culture Principle: People Focused As an Employee Engagement Champion, Whitney was critical in driving key initiatives such as colleagues completing the Employee Survey and Individual Development Plans.
