TRANSACTION BANKING AMERICAS Anne Harris, Director Culture Principle: Client Centric Anne exceeded every sales and portfolio goal. She closed over $3MM of new fee-based revenue, added more than $1B to the MoneyPort portfolio, and added $1B to the deposit books. In addition, Anne won a significant fee- based deal that will generate over $4.5MM in annual revenue. Chip Howard, Director Culture Principle: Own & Execute Chip owned and executed flawlessly on the Global Corporate & Investment Banking liquidity strategy. His efforts with partners across Corporate Banking and Transaction Banking led to a $42MM reduced interest expense and $67MM increased revenue. He also helped manage year-end client activity to land within one percent of forecast. Julie McAfee, Director Culture Principle: Client Centric Julie consistently delivers strong results with her work ethic and client- centric mindset. She achieved outstanding results exceeding the Fiscal Year budget in all categories: 116% of fee-based revenue goal, 600% of Foreign Exchange goal, 150% of Commercial Card goal, and 118% of Deposit goal. 88 FOR INTERNAL USE ONLY
